By using MinReply, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

MinReply is a tool for saving and managing text content, with features such as organization, search, reminders, export, optional iCloud sync, and in-app purchases. We may iterate, adjust, or discontinue features over time.

3. Accounts and Platform

The current version does not require a standalone account login. Some capabilities depend on Apple platform and Apple ID (for example, subscription and iCloud sync).

4. User Content and Responsibility

  • You are responsible for the legality of imported or saved content.
  • You agree not to use this service for unlawful or infringing activities.
  • You grant us necessary processing rights only for providing, maintaining, and improving the service.

5. Payment and Subscription

  • Payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Pricing and billing follow App Store rules.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew by default. You can cancel in Apple account settings.
  • Refunds and billing disputes are handled under Apple policies.
  • Purchased entitlements are recognized and restored based on Apple transaction status.

6. Intellectual Property

The app itself (code, design, trademarks, etc.) is owned by us or respective rights holders. Reproduction, reverse engineering, or redistribution is prohibited unless permitted by law.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or protection from data loss caused by device failure, platform limitations, third-party outages, networks, or force majeure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or lost-profit damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the relevant period.

9. Termination

If you violate laws or these Terms, we may suspend or terminate access. You may stop using the service and remove the app at any time.

10. Governing Law and Disputes
