1. Information We Process

MinReply currently processes the following information:

  • Content you save: title, body, categories, tags, favorite status, created/updated timestamps, and review reminders.
  • Clipboard content: when you tap "save from clipboard", the app reads current text content.
  • Purchase-related information: when you subscribe or purchase via Apple StoreKit, Apple provides necessary transaction status (for example, purchase validity).
  • Device-local settings: language, biometric lock status, iCloud sync status, and related local preferences.

2. How We Use Information

We use this information only to:

  • Provide core features such as saving, organizing, searching, reminders, and export.
  • Verify and restore your paid entitlements.
  • Enable optional biometric unlock and iCloud sync.

3. Storage and Sync

  • By default, data is stored locally on your device (SwiftData).
  • If you enable iCloud sync, data is synced across your Apple devices via Apple CloudKit.
  • We do not operate an independent content server for your document body in the current version.

4. Data Sharing

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • Necessary third-party services are limited to Apple services (for example, StoreKit and CloudKit).
  • We may disclose data when required by law or to protect legitimate rights and interests.

5. Your Controls

  • You can edit or delete saved content in the app.
  • You can export your data (ZIP).
  • You can disable iCloud sync (new data will no longer sync; previously synced data management follows Apple mechanisms).
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Please keep your device and Apple account secure.

7. Children's Privacy

This service is not intended for children under [13/16, choose based on applicable law]. If a child provides information without guardian consent, contact us for handling.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this policy. Any update will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
